Where can you use gift cards?
Gift cards can be redeemed for tickets or for Emerald Park memberships. You can also use gift cards for any in-park purchases in our gift shop, ride photography, or at any of our food and drink outlets. There is no expiry date on our gift cards.

Gift card T&C’s
- Gift cards can be used to purchase admission tickets for Emerald Park, to buy memberships and to make purchases within the gift shops and food & beverage outlets in Emerald Park.
- Gift cards can be used as full or part payment. No change will be given. Any remaining balance will be left on the gift card and can be spent on future purchases.
- To make a booking using your gift card please email bookings@emeraldpark.ie.
- Gift cards are not accepted in some concessionary food outlets or HBL games.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards don’t have an expiry date but they must be physically presented in the park to redeem them, photos will not suffice.
- Gift cards are not issued with any personal details attached. Once a gift card is received, there is an option to inscribe a To:, From:, and a short note.

Lost or forgotten gift cards
To redeem an Emerald Park gift card you must have the physical gift card or proof of the online gift card on the day of your visit. We cannot accept payment confirmation as proof of a gift card.
Gift cards cannot be reprinted for security reasons, so we will be unable to reproduce a gift card that you have previously purchased.
If you have forgotten a gift card, we would advise you to pay entry as normal and flag this with a team member. They will copy your purchase receipt and if you can present the gift card within 24 hours we can refund you and redeem the balance from the gift card instead.

Will my Tayto Park gift card still be valid?
From January 2023, we have officially rebranded and are now known as Emerald Park. All gift cards purchased under Tayto Park will remain valid and be honoured by the park.
